Chocolate and Nutella

So most things I do are on purpose, however sometimes just like Bob Ross, I have “happy accidents”.  I have a large cake order monthly that I get to be seasonal and creative with as long as it’s 3 half sheet cakes. *side note a half sheet is twice the size of the 9×13 inch rectangle you have in your pantry!*  This month I created a vanilla cake and was going to swirl Nutella through it! In the process of thinning out the Nutella, I added a bit of water and warmed it up, I created Nutella fudge. My happy accident of the month. I used the Nutella fudge bits in my cake! They were so yummy and acted like chocolate chips in the batter! 

The cakes came out great and I topped them off with dark chocolate butter cream frosting!
